Hi, I am Jaelynn Alexis

My name is Jaelynn Alexis. I'm a Florida born girl who relocated to Greenville, SC in August 2020 and now is residing in Chicago, IL as of March 2025. I'm married to the most amazing man (finally after years of waiting and doing lots of weddings, the photographer finally became the bride!). I love Jesus, my husband, and my family; those are the most important things in my life.

My heart is to see people enjoy their photos. I know that photography can be one of the most expensive things to purchase in order to capture life's most precious moments. My heart is to work with anyone and everyone I can help capture those memories no matter the cost. I hope to always remain on the affordable side without sacrificing the quality of your photos.

My love for photography started back in junior year of high school (crazy that this was so long ago!) as I was required to complete an art credit for graduation. Prior to this class, I've always been interested in photography, once I completed that class the rest is history! I bought my very first camera for $500 while working a part time job. A few family/friends allowed me to start the beginnings of Jaelynn Alexis Photography by taking photos of their families & this is where the vision for my business took flight. It opened the door to many possibilities to grow this into something amazing.

My passion and dream is to capture memories that will last a lifetime. That passion fuels my desire to create an environment where you can be yourself, be comfortable, and allow genuine memories to be captured. Memories that others will look back on and say "that's exactly what their love looks like" or "that captures exactly who they are."
